The Executive Roundtable Group (ERG) consists of Chief Executive Officers of small and middle-market businesses located in and around the Twin Cities. The membership is a diverse blend of executives of various business types which cover a range of industries and include organizations of various sizes and complexities. Members are never business competitors.
The purpose of ERG is to help members grow as entrepreneurs, managers, mentors and colleagues by sharing information, knowledge, experiences and wisdom. Members provide counsel and support; they challenges ideas and paradigms and act as an advisory board for one another.
Members meet formally once per month to review progress on individual business goals and to discuss specific business, economic, organizational or other issues. The meetings frequently begin with a guest presenting a topic of interest to the members.
Membership is open to individuals who are responsible for the full operation of their business or division. The members should hold the titles of President, CEO or Managing Direcor or Partner, or the functional equivalent of those titles.
An executive's firm must have minimum annual revenues, employees and total compensation to be eligible for membership. Firms may be either public, privately held or not-for-profit organizations.
Please note, while the Roundtable and Buck Financial Services, LLC are related through common ownership, each entity operates independently.
